Problem
Mall operators were juggling leases, rent, GST invoices, and tenant payments across spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Multi-property ownership made isolation, reporting, and access control error-prone — and hard to scale beyond a single site.
Approach
We treated multi-tenant isolation as the product spine: one SuperAdmin layer, mall-scoped staff roles, and GST-aware billing that matches Indian commercial real-estate ops. Scope stayed on leases → invoices → payments → access — not a kitchen-sink ERP.
