The problem
Leases, rent, invoices, and payments were spread across spreadsheets and separate tools. With more than one property, it was easy to lose track of who owed what.
What we built
We built the daily path first: properties, leases, invoices, and payments. Each mall’s records stay separate, and staff see the work that matches their role. Billing follows Indian GST rules used in commercial property.
What it supports
Operators can issue invoices, record tenant payments, and see occupancy without leaving the same system. The product is live at mallmanage.in.
